well this is only what i noticed and i will update you with what i've missed later
1- xloud bug still exist
2-new keyboard like in xperia mini "idk it's name"
3- added "notes" application
4- new wallpapers :P
5- battery status style "new mode "status Bar" not working the battery icon just disappear
Edit: also style "hidden" still shows the battery on the status bar "bug"
6- when you long-press item "widget/shortcut" a new shortcut appears on top of screen name "share" suppose it allows you to fast share this item.
7-flash player included by default

8- noticeable speed improvement over 8.1 Rom
9- noticeable less battery drain "battery last longer" i've set brightness manually
10-[Bug] Sound Recorder is working but cannot acess from sdcard to playback
"the app create a file on sdcard but it fail to access it after so it stays empty with 0 kb"
